Rankings FAQ

How many rankings does JPick offer?

On the web we publish four full rankings — goals, assists, rating and Edge Score. The JPick app adds ten more, such as shots, tackles, key passes and saves, refreshed every matchday.

What is Edge Score?

Edge Score is a JPick insight metric that surfaces players showing signs of a breakout based on recent performance trends. It does not predict match results or outcomes — it highlights easy-to-miss players using data.

Where does the ranking data come from and how often is it updated?

Rankings are compiled by JPick from API-Football data and synced daily. By default we show the J1 top 3; each card links to the full ranking and lets you switch to J2.
