Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JPick (the "Service") operated by TH Quest (Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

The Service provides data analytics and insights for the J-League (J1, J2, J3). You can view match data, team statistics, and player stats. The Service is NOT a prediction or gambling tool. All data and insights are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

2. Subscription

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (JPick Pro), available as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing varies by region and is displayed in your local currency on the App Store. - The paid plan is purchased and managed through Apple's App Store - Subscriptions auto-renew - Cancellation is managed through Apple ID subscription settings - Purchase restoration is available via the "Restore Purchases" button in the app

3. Disclaimer

Data, analytics, and insights provided by the Service are for informational purposes only, and their completeness, accuracy, and usefulness are not guaranteed. The Service does not promote or encourage gambling in any form. Where the operator is liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, the operator's total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the damage occurred, or JPY 10,000, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply where the operator has acted with intent or gross negligence.

4. Data Rights

The data, statistics, and analysis available on the Service belong to the operator or to the third-party licensors that supply data to the operator. You are granted a non-exclusive right to view and use the Service for personal purposes. Ordinary personal, non-commercial use is not restricted. This includes quoting a limited number of figures with attribution to JPick (jpick.jp), sharing screenshots, and publishing your own analysis, visualizations, or commentary produced with reference to Service data.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited: - Reverse engineering or unauthorized access - Commercial redistribution of Service data - Collecting or extracting Service content or data by automated means (crawlers, bots, scrapers, or similar), except ordinary crawling by search engines and AI assistants as permitted in our robots.txt - Directly accessing APIs or internal endpoints outside normal page rendering - Providing or publishing Service data in any form from which the dataset can substantially be reconstructed (bulk dumps, raw data, exhaustive reproduction), whether commercial or non-commercial - Unlawful activities - Conduct that interferes with other users

6. Service Changes

The operator may add, modify, or discontinue features with prior notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on jpick.jp. For material changes, the operator will announce the change on the Service in advance, together with its effective date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
