These terms govern your use of JPick (the "Service") operated by TH Quest (Kamakura, Kanagawa, Japan). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
The Service provides data analytics and insights for the J-League (J1, J2, J3). You can view match data, team statistics, and player stats.
The Service is NOT a prediction or gambling tool. All data and insights are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
2. Subscription
The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (JPick Pro). Pricing varies by region and is displayed in your local currency on the App Store.
- The paid plan is purchased and managed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew
- Cancellation is managed through Apple ID subscription settings
- Purchase restoration is available via the "Restore Purchases" button in the app
3. Disclaimer
Data, analytics, and insights provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. The Service does not promote or encourage gambling in any form.
The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized access
- Commercial redistribution of Service data
- Unlawful activities
- Conduct that interferes with other users
5. Service Changes
The operator may add, modify, or discontinue features with prior notice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
