This disclosure is provided under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. It applies to the paid plan (JPick Pro) of the JPick app on iOS and Android.

- JPick Pro (auto-renewing subscription) • Monthly plan: JPY 600 (tax included) • Annual plan: JPY 4,980 (tax included) Note: These are the prices on the Japanese App Store and Google Play. Prices differ by country and region, and are shown in local currency in each store. Note: Subscribers from before a price change may keep their previous price, as handled by Apple or Google. Note: The free plan costs nothing.
- Additional charges
- You are responsible for any data or internet connection charges. We charge nothing beyond the subscription price.
- Payment method
- In-app purchase: • iOS: through Apple's App Store, billed to the payment method on your Apple ID. • Android: through Google Play, billed to the payment method on your Google Account.
- Payment timing
- You are charged when the purchase is completed. If you start from a free trial, the first charge occurs when the trial ends. After that, you are charged automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel.
- When the service becomes available
- Immediately after payment is completed.
- Free trial
- New customers can start a 7-day free trial (once per Apple ID on iOS, once per Google Account on Android). Unless you cancel before the trial ends (at least 24 hours before on iOS), it converts automatically to a paid plan at the price above.
- Term and auto-renewal
- This subscription has no fixed end date and renews automatically unless you cancel. Unless you cancel before the end of each period (at least 24 hours before on iOS; one month for the monthly plan, one year for the annual plan), it renews automatically for the same period at the same price.
- How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. • iOS: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. • Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → JPick → Cancel subscription. Cancel before the next renewal date.
- Refunds
- Because this is a digital service, we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Payment is handled by each store, so please request a refund from the store you purchased through. Whether a refund is granted is the store's decision. • iOS: Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com) • Android: a refund request from your Google Play order history (play.google.com) We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancelling part-way through a period.
