This disclosure is provided under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. It applies to the paid plan (JPick Pro) of the iOS app JPick.

- JPick Pro (auto-renewing subscription) • Monthly plan: JPY 600 (tax included) • Annual plan: JPY 5,000 (tax included) Note: These are the prices on the Japanese App Store. Prices differ by country and region, and are shown in local currency on the App Store. Note: Subscribers from before a price change may keep their previous price, as handled by Apple. Note: The free plan costs nothing.
- Additional charges
- You are responsible for any data or internet connection charges. We charge nothing beyond the subscription price.
- Payment method
- In-app purchase through Apple's App Store, billed to the payment method on your Apple ID.
- Payment timing
- You are charged when the purchase is completed. If you start from a free trial, the first charge occurs when the trial ends. After that, you are charged automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel.
- When the service becomes available
- Immediately after payment is completed.
- Free trial
- New customers can start a 7-day free trial (once per Apple ID). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid plan at the price above.
- Term and auto-renewal
- This subscription has no fixed end date and renews automatically unless you cancel. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of each period (one month for the monthly plan, one year for the annual plan), it renews automatically for the same period at the same price.
- How to cancel
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds
- Because this is a digital service, we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Apple handles payment, so please request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Whether a refund is granted is Apple's decision. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancelling part-way through a period.
- System requirements
- iPhone or iPad running iOS 15.1 or later. A network connection is required.
